Privacy notice
This page was last revised on 3 October 2026.
The business behind this site
Redcar Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. As data controller, it decides how any personal details sent through this website are used. You can reach us about privacy through the quote form.
The quote form
The enquiry form is part of redcardecking.co.uk rather than an embedded third-party form. When you send it, your details go to our own form handler on Cloudflare, which stores them in a Cloudflare D1 database and then adds them to our customer records system, HighLevel, a US company acting as our data processor. That can mean your details are transferred to the United States, protected by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
Keeping the form free of spam
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form, which involves processing basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam and repeated submissions we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your enquiry and in a short-lived rate-limit record, never the address itself. No Facebook or advertising pixel is used.
How this site is hosted
Cloudflare hosts redcardecking.co.uk and processes technical information, including your IP address and browser type, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use website analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Storage used by the form
The form sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Along with what you type, it sends the address of the page you are on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_ values), so we know where enquiries come from. Our cookies page has the details.
Personal data we receive
Using the form means sharing your name, phone number, email address, postcode and, if you wish, a message. We need these to get back to you and arrange a quote. The site does not ask you to register.
Where your enquiry goes
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We never sell your details or hand them to marketing firms.
How long details are held
We don't keep enquiries indefinitely: two years after you last got in touch, they are deleted.
Why we can use your details
Two grounds apply: taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in dealing with enquiries properly.
Raising a concern
Should you remain dissatisfied, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) deals with data protection complaints in the UK.
Your data protection rights
If you want to see what we hold, fix a mistake, have your details removed or stop us using them, use the quote form. You will hear back within one month.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change we will revise this notice and change the date shown at the start of the page.
